The International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) is the non-profit, certifying
body for home and building inspectors who have fulfilled certain educational and testing
requirements including those in the area of indoor air quality. Indoor air quality issues include Mold,
Radon, Biologicals, Carbon Monoxide, Formaldehyde, Pesticides, Asbestos and Lead. IAC2 was
established to promote uniform standards, procedures and protocols in the Indoor Air Quality industry.
All indoor air quality inspections performed by UNITED are conducted in accordance with the IAC2

PRO-LAB provides laboratory analysis and results of all mold samples that are submitted after a

AccuStar Labs provides laboratory analysis and results of all charcol radon-testing canisters submitted
upon completion of the testing period.
Charcol radon canister test results can be accessed on-line at the
AccuStar website usually within 24 hours of their receipt of the canisters. You'll need your canister
numbers available when you log onto the site. To access the Results area of the AccuStar website, click

approximately thirty days after it has been issued. This is a secure site and the report can only be
viewed by persons who have a password to do so. Upon completion of the report the password will
be sent to the client via email. Additional passwords can be issued to approved parties only at the
